Printing roller

Rubber roller
1. Outer diameter: Ø208mm.
2. Wrapped with wear-resisting rubber on the steel pipe surface.
3. Rubber roller with special grinding to reach good effect of ink transmission.
Adopt automatic locking for the space adjustment between rubber rollers.
Single shaft with dual cutter. Electric adjust the carton height with high precision.
1. Creaser and pre-creaser Ø180mm,above crease wrapped with optimal rubber will not damage the paper.
2. Creaser, pre-creaser, diecutting cutter holder move together by NC controller.
3. Spacing adjustment of creaser and pre-creaser adopt self-locking mechanism, scope is 0-11mm.
Rubber mat roller
